The simple power
of one step at a time.
Gradatimo is built around a straightforward idea: even complicated procedures become understandable when they are broken into clear, visible steps.
Gradatim. By degrees.
Step by step.
The name Gradatimo comes from the Latin adverb gradatim, meaning “step by step,” “gradually,” or “by degrees,” which traces to gradus—a step, stage, or degree. That idea is also reflected in the Gradatimo icon: three footsteps connected along a path.
Learning a software application, creating a work of art, assembling studio equipment, or completing a technical procedure all follow a progression. Each action builds on the one before it. Gradatimo turns that progression into something others can see, understand, and follow.
Solving the gap between knowing and teaching.
Teaching someone a process often takes far more time than performing it. Traditionally, documenting a workflow meant capturing loose screenshots by hand, opening an image editor to add arrows or hide private details, pasting dozens of images into a word processor, and rebuilding the whole document whenever an interface changed.
Gradatimo brings those activities into one connected desktop workflow: capture actions right before the screen changes, point to the relevant controls, write clear explanations with formatted interface badges, organize steps into lessons, and publish from a single editable .gradatimo project.
Designed for instruction
Focused tools—numbered click markers, detail magnification, and semantic UI badges—make the next action unmistakable.
